Unfortunately I’m not really back in Italy. However I’m at somewhere just as good. As I’m off to Cardiff in the morning I’m staying overnight with my fabulous friend Anna. Not only did she welcome me with a glass of fizz but inspired by Gwyneth she made a fantastic spaghetti carbonarra. So in the warmth of a July English evening it felt very much like being back in Italy.
So what did we do after dinner? Craft of course! I'm totally in love with colouring in at the minute and I'd wrestle anyone that tried to get my Copics off me! My Patchwork Polly stamps haven't had enough of an airing so a couple of them came out to play tonight.
First up is Julie, sitting under the tree (printed from the Cute Companion CD vol,1 ) doing her homework in the sun. She was inspired by challenges at:

Carbonarra looks good, one of my favourites as well. Best I ever had was in the most unlikely looking 'dive' waiting for a train at Roma Termini. Just goes to show you can't always judge by appearances.
