Sneak Peeks

Ohhhh!!! I am so excited ! Crafter's Companion will be releasing a brand new Collection of 12 Stamps and a CD, this new collection will feature as the Pick of the Week on Create and Craft from 11am On Friday 16th July .

This adorable SWALK collection is a bit different from previous releases and features some of the cutest characters and wonderful sentiments that are just so appealing. The CD has been designed to compliment the stamps perfectly and features gorgeous designs sets, borders, alphabets, inserts, verse writer etc, also included are 2 sets of co-ordinating papers plus the most amazing co-ordinating flowers that can be resized and layered to make fabulous embellishments.

To celebrate the launch Sara is offering the complete Pick of the Week to one lucky winner drawn at random at midnight Saturday 17th July and announced on Sunday 18th July.  To enter for the prize is really easy, visit The Crafter's Companions News and Inspiration Blog, and follow the instructions.

To help celebrate the launch I'm offering a little Candy - the stamp set I've used for my sneak peeks.  All you need to is leave a comment here telling me what you think of this new range.  I'll draw out one name on Saturday night to recieve this stamp set!  The other Design Team members also have some candy to offer, so pop along to their blogs to see what
beautiful cards they have made for their sneak peeks.

I hope you will all be watching the release on Friday in case you miss it here is a timetable of the shows:
Create and Craft Friday 16th 11am (2 hours launch) (Leann)
Create and Craft Sunday 18th 10am and 2pm (1 hour both) (Leann)
Create and Craft Monday 19th 8am (1 hour) (Leann)
Create and Craft Tuesday 20th 8am (1 hour) (Sara)
So now to the important bits, what have I made with my stamp set.  Well I got a bit carried away and made 3 cards, all the same but different.  I decided to choose lemony yellow but there's such an array of colours on the CD you could choose practically any colour.

This first one I've used lots of elements from the CD - the image was stamped onto a 6" insert, the border was printed and then mounted down the centre of some lace and the 3D flowers are just printed off too and layered up.
I'm popping it into the following challenges:
One Stop Craft - monochromatic
Moxie Fab World - fun & cute

I wanted to show you that you can use these stamps with you nestabilities and that they fit on lots of different card sizes too.
This card was inspired by the challenge at:
My Time to Craft - Butterfly Bliss
Tuesday Taggers - Anniversary - so not a traditional anniversary card but what a lovely sentiment to tell someone you love them on your anniversary
ABC Challenge - Y is for You & Me.  These stamps are defintely you and me stamps.

Last but definitely not least is our little cutie peaking through an aperture.  Inspired by the challenge at:
The Secret Crafter - apertures
Stamp Something - recipe - 1 designer paper, 1 ribbon, 1 image

I've had great fun with this stamp set and look forward to what you can all make with them when you can get your hands on them.  Don't forget to leave a comment to win some blog candy.

Hi Ginger Claire,

Wow, I love actions like these, 'cause it gives me a chance to visit blogs I otherwise maybe never would have found! The cards you make are fabulous, I've seen soooo many wonderful things, wandering around your blog! I became your followers, because I'm looking very much forward to your new creations! The cards you made with this cutie stamp are sooo nice! The third one is my personal favorite, love the way she's peaking through that hole! And of course, I'd love to have chance on this one, thanks!!
All the best to you!
