It must be Pancake Day/Shrove Tuesday. So although I'm back being good and following Slimming World I decided not to go without and treat myself to a couple of pancakes. They're one of my favourite foods and so easy too. I did however make the right choice for my toppings - lemon and Splenda and for the sooper dooper ones, fresh cherries and Muller light vanilla yoghurt. Totally delicious and not too many syns.In the frying pan - just Fry Light - no oil.
